Gabu's (Grandma's) Guatemalan

     "Gabu" is the name the grandkids gave to their grandmother, her favorite coffee is Guatemalan. Gabu's Guatemalan is medium-bodied and medium-acidity, sourced from the Huehuetenango region. A classic Huehuetenango profile: chocolaty, nutty, balanced, crisp. Notes of baking chocolate, hazelnut, and apple evoke the familiarity and accessibility we’ve come to experience as Guatemala coffee. Medium-bodied with bittersweet structure and moderate acidity.
